MR. SHARAD SUNDRIYAL (FOUNDER & C.E.O.)

This young visionary & dynamic C.E.O. started his dream project of establishing DRES (Dev Rishi Educational Society) as an organization dedicated to development of Society, at an age when most of his counterparts are just graduating & thinking what career path to adapt! He is well known for his dedicated efforts towards promoting and mobilizing activities in the field of Social Development in Uttarakhand & beyond, and also for promoting disadvantaged groups as the BPL, women, SC, ST and minority segments of the society. He is truly a self-made entrepreneur with over 450 employees to his credit & has been an instrumental figure in channelizing over 70 projects in the short span of 18 years.

MRS. HARNEET NARANG (ADDITIONAL C.E.O.)

A Graduate & a Designing Professional, she has been associated with DRES for nearly 16 years now and is also a Panel Designer with the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. She has vast experience in designing & structuring of Proposals, as well as rendering Presentations of Projects at State Government & Government of India Level. Her ability to creatively adapt and understand versatile fields specifically in regards to Documentation of reports, Data assimilation, evaluation, has made her presence a valuable contribution to the organization. She is a powerful mentor and a strong inspiration leading DRES family to reach greater heights with each passing year.

MR. NITIN JAGTAP (DIRECTOR: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROGRAMS)

A self-made dynamic professional, he took a risk which only a daring few can…quitting the safe network of Government Sector at the peak of his career to make his dreams of contributing to the Social Sector come true & also to achieve their due recognition & reach greater heights by actively joining DRES about five years back. His key forte lies in building strong professional relationships, managing large and complex projects while maintaining high team morale and energy. Skilled mentor and mediator who excels at bringing out the best in team members.
